My daughter has issue from 3 days , high fever 103f , motion and Vomiting , She has very weak after three days. She doesn't eat anything. I am using medicines like .. Panadoll syrp , Nt-tox syrp , Osiris syrp and acicon syrp suggest any injections or drip required? or above mentioned medicine is ok?
