Asking For Mother, Female 52, Karachi
my mother has had a varying fever of 99-102° since a week now, she also is having dyspnea (shortness of breath) and some intermittent cough (dry), we recently got her chest x ray done, the report says that her right dome is elevated, can anyone pls help me guide what does this mean and what could these all be possibly the symptoms of. I'd be really thankful.

Raised dome is non specific finding in a chest xray
Self isolate and observe for worsening shortness of breath
for fever panadol 2 tablets 6 hourly
for cough tab. myteka 10mg, 1 tablet before sleep
Avoid physical activity
use multi vitamins
