My son had started fever on Saturday given him panadol. Antibiotic not a tarted yet doc asked me to start if fever persist and asked me to do blood cbc. I want to ask if its showing bacterial infection? Should I start antibiotic now? Doc suggested cefixime 400mg once a day.
it's also fine but as we know its a pandemic all the patient with fever and cough will be included in Corona untill proven otherwise so it should be better if fever and cough persist start the patient on

asak antibiotic starting without conformation is suppose to be contraindicated.
