Talk to General Physician on Frequent Threadworms

Aoa I m unmarried having a prblm. Getting worms every two months regularly(picture is attached) . Irritates a lot specially in vagina at night. I m soo worried. Used zentel whenever got the worms. They go away in a dose but after two months come back again. (having some stomach n liver prblmz history with anxiety (fatty liver, peptic acid, and swollen liver) Plzzz suggest me something better.
