Talk to General Physician on Fungal Infection Below Navel

I have fungal infection below belly button till inner thigh which is being treated by the doctor's consultation on this platform.

by LAmisil 250 my for 15 days it's been 11 days I am seeing way less itching but skin tightness and dryness.

and also I noticed the patches are going flatter and some even merged into the skin with chocolate brown color but also seem to be bigger in size than 10 days before. no definite edge.

wanted to know if its normal as tinea versicolor kind of does the same like the spots merge together in big and then fade. does it happen in this infection too
