Assalam o alaikum, dear dr. jab mein chota tha tab say mujhay gas ka issue hai r kabhi kabhar jab mein washroom jata tha to stool pass krnay k doraan ya phir baad mein mujhay chakkar b aa jatay thay ,, 4 - 5 ya ziada martaba behosh b ho chuka hu ,, r baad mein medicine b leta rha ,, ab kaafi saal ho gay hain behosh nyi hua ,, lekin abhi b kabhi kabhar aisay hota hai k thori bht constipation rehti ha r 3-4 month mein ek bar bht shadeed peit dard hota ha r chakkar b aatay hain r thanda paseena b aata ha ,, r jesay hi washroom ja kr stool pass kr k aata hu to peit dard b thek ho jata hai r chakkar aana b band ho jatay hain,,, r tabiat bilkul normal ho jati ha ,, is k ilawa mujhay gas bht ziada ha,, khana khanay k baad belching bht ziada hoti hai mtlab dakaar bht ziada aatay hain
and winter mein almost har month flue b lagta hai,,
is k ilawa baqi bilkul normal life guzar rha hu ,, and mein freelance mtlab online work krta hu,,
2 - 3 chotay dr nay mujhay kaha ha k aap stress letay ho
