i am having stomach issue and have gas problem all the day whether my tummy is full or not. too much gas that even shoot my bp rapidly and my heart beat. i am tired of this gas issue having too much bp problem. i have no physical activity at all. my reports are even normal as shared. please guide me i have visited many doctors some said ulcer some said gerd i am totally loosing hope in doctors.
