AoA! My wife (mother of 2 yrs old) age 28 got some tests done. She feels fatigue and sometimes thumb numbness in one of the feet. Attached are her reports (Calcium, Vit D, B12, CBC, Iron, ferretin, Lipid), need doc advise on any supplements/medication etc. HbA1C is 5.4 (normal) few results posted here as max 5 attachments can be added

500 mcg (1+1) for 15 days
hemic (1 rozana ) 1 month
Give her tablet methycobal twice daily for one month, tablet sunny D 200,000iu twice a month (for three months), syrup hemocare one Table spoon daily for three months. Get my appointment after one month to evaluate
