I have a lot of fatigue, liver pain, Nausea, whole body ache (which gets severe), muscles pain, extreme discomfort, frequent passing out (Fainting), a lot of fluctuation in weight( Usually risen). it's subclinical hypothyroidism and needs the be treated only in few conditions and in labs tests done to initiate treatment otherwise no treatment is need till TSH level is above 10 ,till then just repeat your TSH every 6months.To decide it a full history and labs are required and you can book appointment with me and visit alfaza medical center johar town or assaf hospital johar town via appointment from marham system.
