Asking for Other, Male, 68 years old, Lahore

A 68 year old man working in multinational company as clerk, physically active, got high temperature, vomit and low appetite since 3 days. Started medicine panadol every 4 hours, Flaygl every 12 hours and azomax 250 two tab once daily. No no temperature but still no appetite. Today done some blood test, see attached. Does he need to take Tamiflu (oseltamivir) ?? WBC are little low?? He is taking medicines for kidney and it is stable.

Blood picture is already not good ,n he has kidney problm 2 oseltamivir comes out from body via kidneys so not good 4 him,u may take an appointment or online of a G P
