am a 44-year-old male with severe gout attack unbearable pain and possible urate crystal deposits in my big toe and the back of my ankle near the Achilles tendon. I want an assessment for possible surgical removal of gouty tophi as well as crystals drainage. Reports enclosed CBC, RFT
