Talk to General Physician on Guidance For Medical Test

A patient took below mentioned medication from 23rd to 31st November Rociphin 1 G IV ( 14 Inj in a week) Ciproxin 500 mg (14 tab in a week) Nezkil 600 mg ( 14 tablets in a week) Now I want to conduct below mentioned test of same pateint. Pls suggest is ok to conduct below medical test? If not then suggest after how many days we may conduct following tests. Pls note that there is no urgency of conducting same tests.
