Talk to General Physician on Hand And Feet Sweating

Assalamoalikum My friend is suffering from hand and feet a great irritation for feels embarrassed when shaking hand with someone,she can't even wear closed shoes due to this is facing this problem since her childhood,she got her thyroid profile done my times and it comes out suggest some lotion or any antiperspirant that is harmless or any other solution to this problem.
