i have been diagnosed with asthma in this age which is very depressing for me I can't handle the fact that i have this and will have to take medicines and precautions for the rest of my life i can't focus on studies and constantly cry when i think about it also these too many steriods and inhalers are depressing me too much what to do please help i am an mbbs student and study and health issues together are not bearable to me
