asalam o alikum I'm 27 yrs old I'm suffering from severe head ache from last 1 year, and now it's getting worsening day by day I'm feeling like something is moving inside my head. when ever I Take painkiller like Panadol my headache get better for about an hour but after sometime it's start getting more painful. please let me just know what should I do.
