Talk to General Physician on Headache

Since a week or more I have been feeling pressure on both corners of the fore head. Mostly occur and feel the most after returning back to home and it stays till morning and doesn't go away. It disturbs my sleep and not let me sleep calmly. Whenever I wake up in middle, I finds it there. Feels the pulse also. In morning, after waking up, feels mild headache also and at different areas. Sometimes mild spinning also occur. Not taking seasonal fruits since quite sometimes. I took Panadol for 3 days 1 per day but it still there. I took milk with turmeric also last night but not benefited.

Please advise what it is and why its not going away.
