sinusitis, allergy mostly due to nasal polyps .... so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests including PNS skull x-ray then everything will be cleared up
allergic reaction may be due to some allergens like pollen or dust,you should get skin prick test and get yourself vaccinated
