Secondly pamadol doesn't work on dull headache thats my experience.

I didint take xanax as I never took any sleeping pill so kinda confuse, secondly i took distalgesic and stemetil and now taking steam i felt kinda 20% relief....
If you can suggest any natural remedy so plz..

Yup sometimes i feel nausea just after waking up but despite of thay for the whole day i dont actually feel nauseous at all but yea i can feel slight blurred vision and burning sensation from eyes. And low on energy.
