Talk to General Physician on Heartache And Burning Sensation

Assalam o Alaikum! I have heartache since two months, it's like a stabbing pain or pressure like it will blast. I have discomfort, burning sensation and pain in my chest along with pain and numbness of left hand. Sometimes I feel like there's a mountain on my chest, it feels so heavy due to which I face shortness of breath. I see yellow and black stars. I feel like I'll faint in any minute dizziness and sever fatigue. I have pain in back and in left side of head, ear and Jaws along with teeth. I have depression disorder and panic disorder. Also my nerves are getting weak. And I'm a mother of 3 month old. Felt the pressure during pregnancy but the doctor said everything is good just have pressure on your heart and will be completely normal after delivery. But as the time goes by, I have sever pain in my heart and it's making me mad now. I can't walk faster because I makes me panted and my heart palpitation. Can't even climb stairs. And I have chronic stress and anxiety.
