Talk to General Physician on Heartache Sadness Ajeb Feeling Whenever My Kids Are Sick

Assalam O Alaikum. I'm mother of 2kids. Whenever my kids got ill even slight fever or cough, I start feeling strange feelings, my heart start hurting it feels like i will vomit my energy level reduce to zero till they get well. this problem is since 5months ( started when my daughter was seriously ill for 1 week). I try to calm my self but all in vain. i reduce my energy for simple cough lf my kids and my body mind and heart feel low energy for 1 or 2 days. Kindly guide me what should I do. I am really worried, my be this condition get more /less serious with passage of time.
