hey actually my problem is that ka jab b hot season ata ha tab mujhay headache plus nausea rahta ha aur asa hi mujhy 2 saon sa yh masla ha pichlay saal to i faint in sunny area . I drink a lot of water .Can you please tell me how to overcome this?

this sounds more like migraine... do check your b.p when you have headache, keep sun goggles on all the time when you are out, check eye sight if not checked in 2 years.. keep tab synflex 550mg...take 1 tab with omeprazole 40mg when headache starts...and do maintain a diary of headache...
