Brother, start wearing good plantar support foot wear, walk daily , and search physio for plantar fasciitis on YouTube do those exercises and for pain start with dicloran twice daily after meals and movax cream massage twice daily and wear a little thight socks after applying the cream , do the search on plantar fasciitis u will get a lot of help

Lose weight. Change your shoes to medicated shoes with good sole. Can take OTC painkillers sos plus physiotherapy sessions if available

Kindly reduce some weight,use soft heel pads/insoles,Take tablet caflam 50mg 2+2,ca-c thousand tablet daily one,do stretching exercises,steroid injection can be given if pain is severe in intensity,for that you need to visit orthopaedic,and don’t worry about your weight reduce weight slowly and gradually,while getting up try to take steps slowly.
it can be due to different reasons but it is important to lose weight, you can also try comfortable footwear and physical therapy to help ease the pain.
