مجھے کل شام سے شدید سر درد ہے، اور اب صبح قے ہوئی جس میں تھوڑا تھوڑا خون آیا، صبح 8 بجے سے ابھی 10 بجے تک کل 5 مرتبہ قے ہو چکی ہے جن میں 2 مرتبہ قے کے ساتھ تھوڑا تھوڑا خون آیا ہے سر درد میں بھی کمی نہیں ہے
