Talk to General Physician on Hemorrhoid

I have a Hemorrhoid (two, three hemorrhoids inside Anus) problem from last 15 years. Feeling healing while sitting longtime on workplace. when i pass the stool hemorrhoids came outside and i have to through it back with finger and sometimes stool pass with bleeding. Also have constipation issue, for which i take ispaghole and other fiber intakes. For hemorrhoids i usually take unani medicine (Qarshi/Hamdard), then feels relief for short period but problem starts again but never cured permanently, please suggest... Jazak Allah
