Talk to General Physician on Hemorrhoids, Anal Fissure, Bawswer

Aslam O Alikum. During my second pregnancy, I had an anal fissurea which caused a lot of pain. During this time pontsan, novidet, and various medicines were used but did not heal. The disease has been going on for almost two years. And sometimes there is pain and sometimes there is no pain. Nowadays I have to go to the washroom 4 to 5 times a day and every time there is a lot of pain after the washroom almost 1 inch a extra ghoust k hasa Hemorrhoids bahir niklta hai jis ko wapis andr krti hm,... Right now I'm using rolling 40 and spaghetti. Kindly need a help .. to get rid of this disease. May Allah reward you.
