I have minor hernia from childhood but no one noticed this. In April 2019 , during medical test in army they rejected me that you have hernia, go for operation than come back.
after that in may 2019 I was fallen to typhoid that's why were unable to have operation.
for my satisfaction, in Feb 2020 went to Sharif medical hospital they asked me after X ray type test , that no you have no hernia.
in Feb 2021, I felt some pain , and went to DHQ hospital. they asked me that you have hernia. you should have operation.
now can you please suggest me that what I should do now ? I have no pain .
but I know if there is hernia it must be treated.
can you please recommend me I should go for operation in these summer days or winter.

go to a good surgeon
If a hernia is causing pain,it must be removed or it might bother you again.
Get advice from a good surgeon .
