hi I am 30 years old man . I have private 9 to 5 job . I get tensed alot due to office and family problems. I get very much angry on little things as well . what I have noted that my heart rate gets very much high also my blood pressure raises to 180 /110 or higher . I am worried alot to go to doctors. please help me . I am very anxious to go to doctors as well as whenever I go there my blood pressure is very much high and heart beat also raised..
start cap flux20 mg daily along with tablet byscard 5mg and tablet covance 5/80mg daily, n better to visit in my opd once

considering your age your bp goes very much high you must consult physician don't take it lightly.
it's matter's everything matter's I just told him what he should do and advised him check his blood pressure and take medicine
