Aoa respected doctors. I am facing issue with my blood pressure... It stay high when ever i check. Mostly 135/100.. Is reading.. Some time upper reading gets low to 120 125 but lower is continuous upto 90 or above.. Mean for a week doing exercise and not eating much oily or any type of unhealthy food and getting same reading. Also i don't feel any pain or any issue. Seems normal but unable to understand its remains high. my job is like i have to sit most of time in day. Any suggestions or any directions if i need medication or tests? Thanks
