a.o.a dr mujhy high BP ka issue hai 4 years se mai kuch b masla daar khaon mera bp 145+ ho jata hai is k elawa mujhy urine bht zyda ata hai akser urine ruk ruk k jalan k sath b ata hai urine colour yellow hai kindly koi doctor suggest krdy and iska ki reasons b bta dy treatment b btayeh itni age mein bp high kyun rehta hai ??? mai meat mutton ya spicy chicken khaon mera bp 145 + ho jata hai mai valcard 5/80 mg b kha rha hu but akser medicine se heart beat slow ho jati hai urine b bht zyda ata hai mainy weight b 76 se 70 kr Liya but problem same hi hai

cholesterol and related blood ka work up krvayen.
