ESR is a parameter of inflammation (sozash) in body. your Neutrophils are raised and Haemoglobin is low. please give a detailed history for a proper diagnosis
Your Hb is also low while TLC(along with neutrophils) and ESR are raised. they might be due to any ongoing infection. Do you have any symptoms? like fever or any other source of infection.
