Dear doctor, I had severe pain in my legs and bones. My doc advised me to test for vit D levels, and it was at 18 ; 3months ago. My doc gave me indrop D inj total 4 , each after 15 days along with polybizon and vitamin E as i m trying to conceive also. After taking 3 injections orally with gap of 15 days each. I started having severe pain again. I repeated my test again (without doctors recommendation); to my shock my levels are higher then the required amount. I opted for this test after 12 days of taking injection. Now I m worried about this result. What should I do to get these levels down?
no need of worry it will come down with passage of time
Its not harmful. Its good level, dont wory.
it will come to normal and kindly to maintain it normal you will need monthly once injection orally or capsules.
pain will settle soon and also visit your physician to rule out other possible cause if not earlier.

once shifted to Monthly then if you want to get lab test then get it done one day before taking the next dose (29days after first dose)

Level increases due to absorption of drg slowly. No need to worry
don't run after lab results. levels will keep fluctuating.
for bone pains, do physio, healthy diet and general fitness.
if symptoms don't settle down, see an orthopaedic surgeon
