Talk to General Physician on Hip Muscle Issue

We observe this muscle issue on my daughter hip since she was 18months old.. But now she is 30months old and she has no pain. She runs, jumped perfectly Allahamdulilah. We also feel as passing of time muscle tune is getting better. But being a father i am worried, is that muscle fill up naturally or some sort of treatment is required...
