cause of low Hn kia hae dear, apki low hae?are you having normal periods? correction Hb ki medicine and fruits and veggies se hojaengi but correction of cause is important.

so didn't you had antinatal(before delivery) checkups. ye tou apki gynaecologist/obstetrician ki duty thi to correct your anemia and pata Nhn placenta Kahan tha..still you are having periods ya stop hogae?
