Asking for Self, Male, 33 years old, Karachi

33Y, M, 6 Ft, 95Kg

My bp remains in between 130/80 to 140/85 since my mid 20s. But when I start walking daily for 3 to 4 weeks then the reading starts to drop and remains between 120/80 to 130/80. But when I leave walk it rises again.

My question is if I need any medicines for it at this stage or not. I also try to avoid junk, oily foods. Lipid Profile and fasting sugar is also within normal range.

Any proven home remedies to keep it normal?
