nope it has just started. I only had 3 attacks but now my veins by the side of ear are swollen and it's paining. Is it normal.

okay can you tell me in detail if you were diagnosed with having panic attacks or it's just your own assessment?
how swollen are they? are you having any other infections like sore throat etc? and are you sure it's a vein?
