Talk to General Physician on IBS, Food Allergies, Underweight

Hi, my sister during her early 20’s has developed allergies to meat and chicken and dairy. She has a history of asthma and eczema during her childhood but this problem is under control. She also has IBS now and allergies are increasing. If she eat certain food she gets rashes and this triggers her eczema. She has also suffered from phnuemonia & bronchitis in past. She is also underweight. At the moment she is eats veg and fish no meat chicken dairy. Can someone help pls as doctors here are not doing anything we need advice and she would like to come to pakistan to receive treatment for these issues.
