Talk to General Physician on I'm Facing Celulitus Issues In My Left Foot

Subject: need Expert advise for my celulitus issue Details: complete case description as below Case: I need a expert advice for celulitus. I'm facing this issue from last six months in different time spells. My left leg was effected about six month ago and I took complete antibiotics medicine and magnesium sulphate for dressing. It's was recovered but then after couple of months my right leg was seriously effteced with celulitus and I was admitted in 2 different hospital and treatment mentioned on my attached documents. I suffer for a month and half recovered. But it's just a month ahead and this celulitus effects again my left foot and servere pain. My first attached image is my current medicine and test report was updated. I took about a week above those medicine but effected part is not much healed. I need someone expert advise for its permanent treatment. Please help.
