Talk to General Physician on Increase Heartbeat. Shaky Hands Legs

i have 2 children aged 4 and 8.5. at some time around the day usually between 12 to 2 pm i feel my heartbeating faster than usual my legs and hands become shaky and i feel light headed. it stay for about few minutes i drink water take deep breaths etc. but the weakness in legs and hands remain a little through out the day. my hba1c was 5.4 few months ago. hb is 13 vit d is 21. i do drink coffee around 11 in the morning but this is happening from few weeks. sometimes once a week sometimes 2 or 3 days in a row. but i have been drinking coffee from long time this never happened before. i had covid in december last year but it was mild. i do suffer from anxiety or panic attacks some time. please guide.
