Talk to General Physician on Indigestion, Weakness, Nausea, Loss Of Appetite

Aoa dr. For the past 7,8 days I have been having extreme form of nausea, loss of appetite, indigestion which all started with acute diarrhea and 99 fever one day & then settled with metronidazole. I have extreme bitter taste in mouth, dont even feel like drinking liquids, cant take solids. Very bad flatulance and acidity. Whatever i eat or drink just sits on top of my stomach.

Have been taking anti ematics and antacids on a regular basis & they dont seem to work now. Pls suggest what should I do, should I be worried about covid as some other family members are having similar symptoms but in extreme form.

I've been suffering with IBS and acid reflux for the pas 5 years. Pls help.
