Talk to General Physician on Infected Toe With Fever

My 50+ year old uncle has his big toe infected with some puss building up on one side. He has extreme pain in the toe and high fever on and off. He applied some ointment but no relief.
PS. He has high BP and Diabetes too if that matters for medication.
**NOTE: They live in a remote village and can't travel to the city for a checkup due to personal circumstances so any advice for immediate relief would be highly appreciated.
Seems to be in growing toe nail. It needs removal . Visit general surgeon

Get done his CBC, FBS, HBAIC, Lipid Profile, Urea Creatinine.,Urine DR.His Diabetes should be controlled to overcome infection.Need antibiotics and Diabetic foot care.The nail needs removal.Tablet Augmentin 1Gm 2times a day for 7 to 10days.Tablet Brufen 400mg 3times a day. Clean with Pyodine .Send the reports and detailed history regarding medicines is needed. Send the reports for proper treatment.
