Asking for Self, Male, 22 years old, Lakki Marwat
I am a 22-year-old male with recurring itching and a crawling sensation around my anal area, happening every 1-2 months for the past few months. The discomfort is worse at night and feels like something moving inside near the rectum, but not in my stomach. There’s no severe pain, blood, or other major symptoms, but it’s bothersome and disrupts sleep. I suspect pinworms or another parasite based on online information. I’ve tried home remedies like garlic and coconut oil, but the issue persists. I have no known allergies, take no medications, and have no other health conditions. I’m seeking a proper diagnosis, possibly a tape test for pinworms, and treatment advice. I’m available for a video or phone consultation and can follow up if needed
