Talk to General Physician on Intense Headache

I have headache for almost 4.5 years it starts as soon as I get up and stops when I sleep.Iam also feeling sharp pain that is a little ahead of my both ears.I also have a bone type at the back of my head that causes pain when it is pressed the headche is constant but sometime it gets very much that I can not endure it.
