i am having tinnitus and my ferritin level is 12 these days, lactating mom.
can i take iron supplement in morning and gingko after lunch? is it safe

your ferritin level is normal but in case of lactation mother s do need of extra supplements so u can add multivitamins.n iron supplement could be taken after meal in morning.n for ginko if your are having memory problems .
You definitely need Iron supplements. Keep in mind that they may cause your stomach to get upset or have constipation. Can I ask why you want to use Gingko? It actually has antiplatelet properties and could be harmful for the baby.
