Ispaghol Husk & Gas Issue

Question

How to avoid gas while having 10g Ispaghol Husk daily? it is advised by dooctor for incomplete emptying of bowel &amp; bowel regularity but it causes gas. Currently taking it with water. It is helping for bowel regularity but Only issue is gas.
Would it help to take with yogurt before or after food?
Or any other way of taking to avoid gas?
