Talk to General Physician on Itching And Burning Sensation

In winter specially when weather changes from winter to summer in feb and march. When i go in sunlight or stand near heater or fire for long time i feel itching and burning sensation over my body and it is intense. Same thing happens when i became nervous in winter. i may be suffering from cold uticaria or something else. i am suffering from this for almost 3 years. i already anti allergic medicine but no result.Please help me.
