Assalamualikum, sometime i feel joint pain especially in shoulder joints and also bones cracking sound. I'm gamer and play alot of cricket, rest I'm energetic Alhamdulillah. The only issue is i feel my bones weak and cracking sound. I did xray which was normal. Currently taking vitD medicine. So please prescribe best supplement for bones health and synovial fluid. Thank you
