mein 21 years ki hon. 2 saal pehle meri knee me pain hui thi. jo bharti bharti swelling tak pohnch gai. 2 saal se mein joint aur muscle stiffness ki takleef me hon. ab doctor ko dikhaya to unhone 15k k test likh diye aur blood transfusion ka kaha. blood transfusion to karwa li par test bht expensive . mein student hon. pouhchna yeh chahti k kiya is masle se nahi nikla ja sakta easily. mein hamesha is takleef me rahon gi. mein study bhi chor di apni is masle ki waja se. plz help. koi easy medicine bata dey jo is masle ko khtam kar dey. aur mein normal life ki taraf a sakon. plz

pls mention which blood tests ur dr has prescribed also share xray image and report of both knees in standing position then we ll prescribe you medicine accordingly in my opinion some tests are necessary like cbc with esr , uric acid , RA factor , anti Ccp , vit D levels if x rays show swelling due to inflammation then incision and drainage is necessay . and culture and sensitivity test of the drained fluid .
