my mother has a knee pain for many have tried many medicines but of no use,her knee pain is increasing , difficulty in walking
History is required to reach correct diagnosis. However given her age she is most likely having osteoarthritis of knees. she needs weight reduction if obese.Plus physiotherapy and quadriceps exercises. You can check on YouTube about these exercises. But it would be better to consult for medicine as medications cannot be given without taking her drug history.
she should be evaluated further.. if her knee is tender or not?? is she having pain in other joints as well? did you get any blood tests? and please don't take multiple pain killers without doctor's prescription. it can lead to multiple other problems.

You should show your mother to a doctor who can not only prescribe painkillers but also try to find the cause of exacerbations of her knee pain and then advice as to which lifestyle change advice will help her knee get better.
