Assalam o alaikum! Is ensure powder lactose free? Is goat milk lactose free? Day fressh is offering lactose free milk ,is it good to have? Is everyday tea whitener powder is lactose free?(as there written it is not milk. Which milk is good to have, my tummy is gassy. Thankyou in Advance.

goat milk contains lactose but it is less than in cow's milk and easy to digest
all other milk are not good . try not to use or use them minimum
better for u to use goat milk . if more problem dilute it little bit
W.salam, ensure does contain lactose but in less amount. You can take day fresh lactose free, it is good or you can take yogurt which would be the best option.
