Talk to General Physician on Leg Issue While Sleeping

I have been facing terrible pain in my right leg whenever I woke up in morning. It occurs only after sleep and recovers after being active for about 2 hours after waking up. I've done medication from neurologist and it was temporary. It may be a nerve blockage PVD/PAD.
